A freight quotation is given at checkout after entering your country.
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Fedex or Eco post.
All orders are processed within 2 business days.
Please allow additional days in transit and processing during sale and holiday periods. If you would like a parcel by a certain date please email us in advance and we may be able to prioritise your order.
Customs / acceptance of delivery
Selected countries receive no additional taxes or duties on delivery.
Some international orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, they are set by the destination country. Sand and Camels cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Sand and Camels will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
Any re-delivery of parcels needs to be arranged and paid for by the customer.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Sand and Camels is not liable to refund your purchase or replace the goods.

Fedex and Israel Post can be used to track your parcel.
We encourage customers to track parcels. Sand and Camels is not liable for fault of delivery by either courier. Please let us know and we can help you to contact the correct customer care, however we are not able to refund in these circumstances.
