Our Return Policy
We offer 28 day returns on all products, assuming they're in the same condition they were sent to you: unworn, unwashed, no odours or marks, original tags attached and it the original packaging.
Returns Process
1. Email us with your order number to eshop@sandandcamels.com and we’ll be happy to help fast and easy.
2. After you’ve emailed us, please repackage it to prevent transit damage. we’ll ask you to ship the item/s to our studio.
3. Once we receive your return, issue a refund for the returned products the full sum, If you paid via card, funds take 5-7 business days to securely process.
A Couple of Important Points:
- If returned products do not meet our return requirements, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost required to send the products back to you.
- Customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by local authorities or the shipping carrier are the customer’s responsibility.
- Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other related fees are non-refundable. If a package is refused because these charges were not paid, any return shipping costs or additional fees may also be deducted from the refund.
